- Composer retains full ownership
- License term: Perpetual for the licensed episode

NON-EXCLUSIVE SEASON LICENSE
- Use across one podcast series (for one season first published within 12 months)
- Unlimited podcast downloads, streams, and global distribution
- Use as intro, outro, and/or background music
- Includes stems for separate sections
- Composer retains publishing rights
- Credit required: “Music by Noteworthy Production”
- License term: Perpetual for the licensed season

Exclusive SEASON License
Same as non-exclusive series license, except:
- No additional licensing of the track will be authorized to other licensees (note that any previous, non-exclusive licenses are still authorized)
- Right to license future seasons on exclusive basis
